I came here for the same service (pedicure) within the space of a week, and was told a different price than I had previously paid. When I asked if the prices went up, I was told "no". So why I was being charged more for the same service?! I tried giving this place another shot, but I see that they just cannot get it right. On my latest visit, I specifically asked for long nails. They cut my nails so short that I might as well had not done them at all. They then told me it was too late to fix them because they already cut them smh. So I'm stuck with nails I don't like because the workers can't follow instructions. The guy doing my nails and feet were so rough that my eyes began to fill with tears. He had long nails and as he was filing my nails, his nails were digging into my skin causing me to bleed. He ignored me as I was screaming telling him that he was hurting me. Once he finally stopped and I showed the owner and get this- she claimed that I walked in bleeding! Really?! That's your response to a customer who was hurt by YOUR worker?! Unbelievable! Neverrrrr going back and to top it off I got toe fungus from this place. Prices are cheap but that's clearly just their way of luring customers in. They only see customers as dollar signs.

I have tried venturing out to other nail services and i still come back to lovely nails. Their busines name matches their services.

I'm not a fan of bright colors but I love this mood changing gel polish 😍
