Since they changed the name not serious at all. I did twice my waxing appointment. First they called 30 min before my appointment to let me know that they didn't have anyone that could do Brazilian waxing. Second time they called me 5 minutes before my appointment to let me know that they were late 15 minutes. I had planned my whole day and had to be somewhere so couldn't wait. They lost a customer. It'd a shame because I was loyal customer to Arbre.

Really nice ambiance! Love they have a full bar now but also miss the BYOB. Great outdoor patio and they are really accommodating for larger parties. Usually good service but if you go during busy times they tend to rush you through the service. I'd recommend going on slower, weekday evenings.
