Horrible experience. Will not return. Was too busy trying to take care of 5 customers that they rushed through doing my nails while I was there first . Crooked and uneven and didn’t listen to what I wanted . I asked for short nails and got super long ones . Even walked in and said I wanted only my nails done but was seated and they started doing my toes so I just went with it . Everything was rushed. I went based on some good reviews but I was disappointed.

Last time I had exceptional service with my nails, everything exactly as I wanted them. However, this time around I had someone different who was rush with my nails i should her a picture along with spoke on how I wanted them. She gave me a complete different set of nails from what was agreed on. The shapes were even choppped sloppy, the color already started chipping, and even the nails were done thin. I’m extremely disappointed, I even tried to give it another try by speaking with someone to get it fixed only to be suggested to pay for nails again..I hate to leave a bad review but my worst experience ever. I recommend you saving your money and going else where.

I usually go when Tea was working there and she always does an amazing work but today i went and she isnt working there no more, so igot a sns from another lady, she was nice but the nail work really wasnt that great, the nails are not straight and the color to be ombre is more like a line and i paid 50 for it. i truly wasnt satisfied at all, im def not coming back.

I just walked out of this establishment because they had me waiting 20 mins for a pedicure with my feet sitting in cold water. No one gave me the wait time and neither did they say anything while I was putting my socks and shoes back on. I would not recommend this place because of their nonexistent customer service.

I asked for SNS nails. She cut 2 of my nails down the middle and then just covered it up with SNS powder as if it was nothing. I got burned, cut underneath my nails, and my cuticles bleeding. I asked to get my eyebrows done. I paid $8 for her to do nothing. She burned me with hot wax and I’m bleeding and my eyebrows still aren’t good. I’ve been going here for years but no more. Everyone good left so now I am too.
