Shawn ( the manager ) is very conscious of the COVID precautions. Upon entering they take your temperature and keep you six feet apart from other patrons . They disinfect in between each service and require masks upon entry ! Princess nails also allows you to make appointments through Facebook which is a huge convenience during these times .
This makes it easier to enjoy a relaxing spa treatment.
I travel over 20 miles to receive fantastic treatment and great service .
Mandy is always pleasant and so is the rest of the staff . Mandy is tremendous technician who takes her time with my feet .

My nail tech was on vacation... Had 2 take my nails off.. Dnt like the color and want 2 charge $5 extra for length.. I will never go there again.. I'm gettn these nails taken off Monday.. N done over.. I hate my nails horrible.. And I didn't leave a tip for this horrible job.

It's a great place to go get your eyebrows wax/eyelashes done. But I got a pedicure with gel polish. On two of my toes the gel polish peeled off. I went BACK to have the 2 did over 3 days later 3 More peeled OFF.
