I went in for a basic manicure, no gel. I called and asked how long it would be and if there was a person who could see me if I walked in. I was told 25 minutes, and yes no problem. I ended being there an hour because the woman who serviced me didn't know what she was doing and learning. she was cutting my nails square and didn't didn't do a good job, and she did cuticles very poorly. Another manicurist finally took over redid both my hands, and finished. He was rushed so much and I was frustrated that it took me an hour to get a basic manicure.

First when I arrived I didn't even get greeted, I was just stared at, then I got two different people doing my toes and my nails, then he didn't ask me any questions about how I wanted my nails done like round or square, short or long nothing, he never used cutical oil or lotion, spent 15min max on everything and my nails look horrible, then when I went to use a Coupon I got in the mail for a manicure pedicure they told me no bc I got no chip manicure which it didn't state anywhere if it had to be no chip or regular which I could've just been upcharged an extra 5$ like they do on a full set nails, so they ended up charging me 50$. And then when I left no thank you or goodbye they were all standing at the door waiting for me to leave and already putting their jackets on and everything. I'm very upset and advise to not go there or try to even use a coupon.
