I have been coming to Natural Nails & Spa for 4 months now, and Lucy never fails to do an awesome job. She always asks you if you're ok with the job she's doing, to reassure that she's doing exactly what you asked for. It might be pricey for some, but at the end of the day you're paying for good work. I have also heard that the male nail technician is also good, but I've never had him do my nails. Place is always clean and it's located in a big shopping center so there's always parking.

Enjoy the experience. If callus removal wasn't extra they would get 5 Stars. Friendly and patient.

My first time here and the service is ok. they can improve on customer service plus Expensive compared to other nail shops around the area.. definitely not going back

I love Lucy that I've even come all the way to downy to get my nails done .a bit pricey but what you pay is what you hey.

If i can give this place zero stars i would i went on easter and they charged me 15$ for color change what was a good price and 22$ for a pedicure so i go today and the lady tells me to come back in a hour it's already 7:30pm so i tell her if i come back in an hour will you forsure do my nails she says yes so i come back at 8:20pm and she tells me rudely im not done yet ypu need to wait so i wait an additional 30 minutes and she still isnt done so im about to leave because it 9pm and she decides to ask me what i need done i tell her a nail repair and a color change and she tells me a color change is 30$ and 1 nail repair is 15$ so im pissed now because last time she charged me 15$ for a color change and on the board it says 4$ for a nail repair for 1 nail repair 15$ thats ridiculous !!!!! do not come here unless you want to wait 2 hours for them to over charge you , a price of a full set at other nail shops cost 20$ and a nail repair is 5$ the most i will not be coming back here ever or recommending any of my family or friends here worst wait for nothing
