I feel this place could be great if the "front of the house" staff get it together. I have been going here routinely for the past 1.5 years & have brought friends and family here that visit from out of town. Recently I have been frustrated with the "rewards" program offered as its constantly changing!
When I first began there were punch cards and if you fill up the card, you get a free basic service. After a few months of getting nail services, it was posted that the rewards program was changed from a free basic service to $15 off any service when the punch card is filled up – no matter what it was when you began you are now in the new $15 off a service rewards program.
I went in for a pedicure and forgot my punch card, the woman at the front said, no problem, take another card. I did as she suggested and then was informed on my next visit that the punch cards cannot be combined! Of course, I forgot my card again on a future visit and was informed that the stamp could be placed on my receipt and I could bring that in. My last visit for a pedicure on May 1, 2019 I was informed that the receipt with the stamp would no longer be permitted.
I'm all for a rewards program but it seems as if the rules governing the rewards program change every 2-3 months which is a major disadvantage to loyal customers like my friends and I. When discussing with the woman who is in charge at the front desk about this situation and the multiple changes that have occurred, she looked at me without a care and didn’t want to resolve this issue or provide any solution to this situation. It’s not fair to the customers to constantly change the rewards program that is designed to promote return customers!
After my recent experience my friends have stated that they will no longer go there for nail services. I too shall not return and I will not suggest my family and friends that visit to go there in the future either.

I have finally found my nail salon. Garden Bay is absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. Ask for Be as she is amazing. She wants to please you so she really listens and does a great job. The entire staff is so friendly. As soon as you are seated you will be asked if you would like a drink. Wine, sodas and water. The massage chairs are the best I have ever experienced. This salon is so clean and they only use new fresh products on each customer so you don’t have to worry about getting a nail fungus. Everything is very sanitary. What an amazing Treat! Thanks, Be!

This place is great. I made an appointment, was taken in as soon as we arrived for a pedicure. Myself and my grandma were served a glass of wine. The ladies took their time and were super nice. The salon was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Both of us raved about how soft our feet were afterwards, and I’m writing this review almost a month later because I was reminded how amazing it is that I don’t have a single chip in the polish STILL. Highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely visit again!

My nails always look awesome. I had them done today with SNS: pink/white Jenny does a beautiful job. Always perfect every time. I have had the regular colors done also. She is so meticulous! With her great personality and her kind ways she always makes me laugh and I have fun at my appointments and my nails are always perfect. I have gone to other nail places but this is the best. Clean, well run and I am always greeted with a smile when I go in.

Amazing staff! They really go above and beyond for you. Place is clean and inviting and the massage chairs are best I've found in the area. Stella and the owner, Ba, are so sweet and friendly. Prices are also very affordable. Definitely recommend ♡
