The guy who owns the place is super nice and smart. The manager Zig knows his stuff and knows a ton about every product there. 10/10

I really like this shop. They have fair prices and a decent selection of devices as well as a pretty large selection of e-liquid. My issue is the counterfeit batteries that I bought that were sold as Sony VTC5a cells. If you take the wrap off a Sony battery the insulator ring will be loose, not glued on. The plastic insulator built into the battery on a Sony cell is white as well. The batteries that I got at this shop insulators that were glued on.
Counterfeit lithium ion cells can be very dangerous. VTC5a's can safely handle discharging at 25+ amps. If you were to try to push that kind of current from a 5 or 10 amp counterfeit cell, the battery could vent or explode.
I called Primo and let an employee know about this. If they correct this I will change this to a better review. For the safety of their customers they should put up a sign in their store letting everyone who may have purchased these cells know that they may be counterfeit. If I were the owner I would be offering a refund to anyone who has purchased these dangerous cells, but it is unlikely that they will take such an action. Every vendor will at one time or another sell counterfeit cells. There are so many out there that it is hard to avoid. But how they handle the situation when it is brought to their attention will show if they are worthy of their customers' money.
I will return to this store soon to buy another cell to see if they have taken action to rectify this screw up. If this review has not been changed within a few weeks of posting, then they have done nothing to fix the situation.

Very nice place. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. A nice clean store well organized. Good selection. I am definitely going to be back soon.
