I tried this place over 3 years ago and had a bad experience. My usual spot is closed today and I had a broken nail so I needed to try some place else just this time. My pedicure was very pleasant... they even chose a color that was supposed to match my toes, in gel for my nails. I'm a cosmetologist myself and my nails have to be well manicured and presentable for my job. I chose a merlot color for my toes and the gel polish was supposed to match. After 2 coats I realized they really didn't match but the guy said 3 and it would be good.. after the 3rd coat, the guy says "dont choose this color next time it's not good" No, it's not good. I can see every single line in my nails, I can see where my nail bed ends and where the artificial tip starts, I can see file lines and buff marks. The worst part of this is that I didnt choose this color, I chose the regular polish that is the color I wanted. For the guy to say "this is a bad color, dont choose this next time" is enough to tell me he knew he was sending me out the door with a bad paint job... they didnt even cure long enough and feel tacky, which I guess is a good thing because the polish is so awful anyway. I paid, i tipped, I appreciate the time they took on my nails in general, but I absolutely hate my nails.

The nail tech used polish that was no longer good and it was bumping up before it was dry. She took half of it off and painted over it. Of course it looked terrible. So she took it completely off and painted the two fingers again. The next day, those same two nails had chipped and two others buckled. $33 wasted

Used to be the BEST IN TOWN, not so much anymore. Over charging for thing like filing shape of nails and length...nails never stay on longer than a few days every time we have been here. Not sure I will return!

They used to be good. But even with same owners things are no longer good. When you ask for gel, as a final step they file the tip under the nails which causes the gel to come off before the 2 weeks. The primary reason why to get gel in the 1st place. When you ask why they do that? they opt to talk among themselves like if a personal was ignorant of it. I find that to be rude. Whatever happen to relaxing while getting your nails done?

I like this nail shop. It's close to home, always busy so folks like going there. And I found one girl, Bebe. Not sure of the spelling, but she is good.
