rude service, wanted to charge $42 for just a trim, went home and did it myself for free to do the same job.

Asked if they can cut my sons hair and the lady looks at his hair and asked if I wanted a barber Hair cut. She claimed they don’t do those there. So we walked around the mall and about 20 Min later saw the same woman who refused my son doing a barber cut with clippers on another kid. They are racist. I wouldn’t go there at all.

Terribly rude service, everything very over priced, tried to start arguments and if her hairs anything like their service I made the right choice in walking out.

They suck. Not only did she over charge for services not done but was all around horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend unless you are willing to argue with them. I wasn't so I payed and left. Never again.
You'll be better off going to cost cutters !!!!!! 😭😭😭

The hairdresser I had was rude to my husband by shh-ing him the last time I was there then and getting in his face this time after he wanted to reschedule (well honestly I wanted to just leave) because she was almost 20 mins late to our appointment (she was somewhere in the mall). Her excuse was, "Well in hairdressing there is no such thing as being on time." She then placed the blame on my husband. Totally unprofessional!
