I'm never the type of person to write negative reviews, but today I had walked in to get a pedicure. They told me that they were taking appointments only. I told her that I was gonna just go somewhere else. She insisted that I make an appointment.
The lady told me that I had to put down a $20 deposit to hold my spot for the appointment so no one else would be able to take it. I told her that was okay and proceeded to give her my money. She said that she was going to write me a receipt, but really ended up being a gift certificate voucher.
I went somewhere else to get my nails done because I couldn't wait til 4. Around 2:30ish, I called and let them know that I was cancelling and asked to get my money back. The man said that my money was non-refundable. I went up to the shop again and asked them for my money back because they NEVER said that my money was non-refundable the first time and refused to let me reschedule to use it for another day.
if you're gonna have me deposit some money before I"m even seen. LET ME KNOW that it's non-refundable. Present me with all the information so I know for sure if I want to throw my money away. This was my first time ever coming there and I would never ever go there again. I do not recommend.

I used to love them. after covid-19 called and got an estimate on how much a certain nail would be. I was looking for coffin ombre and I was given an estimate of 75. I had to get cash because their systems were down. All fine and great but I went there We got our nails done and mine were 75 however they charged 55 for simple very basic acrylic. Yet I was quoted much less. That's not okay.

Very rude and disrespectful, my mother and I scheduled an appointment we put a $20 deposit and we called them to let them know we’re running a little behind because they only want cash So we had to go pull it out from the bank, when we walked in they told us we had to reschedule for other day and put another $20 down and they weren’t gonna give our other $20. I would not recommend putting any deposit because if you’re late you don’t get it back. Highly recommended not to come here.

The wait is always ridiculous. I’ve been a couple of times and the quality is okay but the wait makes it a horrible visit. They should either invest in an online booking system or be more realistic with their appointment times.
