purchased a groupon from GG nails/pamper me nails on Nicollet in mpls. (a mani/pedi) called for a month straight to make an appt. no answer no calls returned, not even a text when I finally reached the lady I spoke to it was all about her personal life and all the accidents she was involved in and her vacations of why she did not get back me. I asked her why she could not at the least text me she said she was way too busy out of town. she should not be in business, how can a person like this actually do a good and or care about her clients when there is ZERO courtesy for her clients. this was a horrible nightmare and when I finally spoke to her she was rude and short with me, instead of I am sorry what can I do to make it better she kept saying do you want a refund, do want a refund. I will be taking to the better business bureau and groupon representatives about this place way too many bad reviews not to. I would give this place a minus zero rating for their horrible customer service but I had to pick a star to post this. I will never recommend or tell anyone to go to her salon she is rude and not professional.

I made an appointment for my friend and myself a week out for 2 appointments at 10am because we both had purchased the Groupon for gel manicures and pedicures. I wanted two appointments and G.G. told me that she put us both down at 10am. She did not say that one of us would go at 10am and then the other at 11am. I called her the day before our appointment to double check how long both appointments would take. She asked if we needed to leave by a certain time and I said we would need to leave by 11:15am because we had to attend a graduation ceremony at 12:00pm. She said that wouldn't be a problem and she could get us both done by 11:15am. When we arrived right at 10am, she was still with another another client and told us it would "be a little while." We waited and soaked our hands for 25 minutes and finally at 10:30am asked her when she would begin our service. She told us that she still had another client and that she would be with us shortly even though we were already 30 minutes past our initial appointment time. We expressed our frustration with the situation because we were still waiting and it was not possible that we would be both be able to finish our services in only 45 minutes. Then she began arguing with us and told us that it was not possible for us to be done in 45 minutes because each of us would take 1hr to complete and that she had booked one of us at 10am and the other at 11am. She never told me this over the phone and then she kept saying that it was in the Groupon fine print that she couldn't make two appointments at once (which it is NOT). We told her that it was never conveyed to us that we had back to back appointments rather than simultaneous appointments. Then she told us we were "choosing to be unhappy customers" and that she had to take care of her other clients who were "there to relax." She said she would no longer service us because she didn't want to service clients who argued with her. We were extremely frustrated because she had told me over the phone that we both had appointments at 10am had assured me that she could finish both of us by 11:15am. G.G. was SO rude and condescending when speaking with us and would ignore us to ask her other client if she needed water in the middle of our conversation. She then said that she could still get our services done if we wanted them. It was so confusing because she kept going back and forth on what she was saying. In the end, we decided we wanted a refund and she said that she would give it to us through the website. I am SO UNHAPPY with this service. I wasted an hour of my time, gas money, mileage on my car and didn't even get to have my nails done before my GRADUATION CEREMONY. Even though I am getting a refund, I am so unhappy with this service and think I should be reimbursed for my trouble somehow. Please get back to me ASAP. I do not think that G.G. should be allowed to have a Groupon available for other customers. She is so unprofessional, the salon is small and cramped and unhygienic, she has no respect for customers' time, and clearly she will lie to get customers in the door and give them unrealistic promises about appointment times.
