DO NOT BOOK WITH ALL MY SONS!! They charge by the hour and they WILL work incredibly slow. Took them 6 hours to move a one bedroom apartment 10 miles! I was quoted half of what was charged and the movers were definitely trying to get every last minute out of my move. They charge a fortune for gas (almost $100) on top of it all. I'll give them credit because they gave them an hour back but overall a terrible experience and I beg you to look elsewhere.

Positive: The moving crew was professional, no damage to furniture or walls. They arrived promptly and on time. Negative: I was charged an hourly rate for their commute from Keller to Carrollton while they were at lunch, this company charges a higher than normal rate than others, the move was not complete and I had a few heavy furniture items left at my old house. When I called the office to see if they would work something out with me, they said I could pay for their 1hr 20 min commute during rush hour, plus the labor time, if I wanted to pick up my other items. They promised it would take one trip how did it end up being 2 trips. I feel that they just want to rip you off and they charge every nickel and dime. That’s bad business practice, I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Expect to spend almost $1500 for a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, that’s ridiculous.

********** WARNING ************ DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM! They charge top tier prices and do not reflect that in their work. The AT&T Internet modem disappeared after the move. Now I have to pay $150 out of my pocket to replace the missing modem. They did not properly assemble the King Bed in the guestroom. The mattress was just dangling on some loosely attached boards. Had I had a guest use it, they would have been seriously injured. Also, when I tried to do a load of laundry, I found they did not properly attach my Washer and it took me a long time to figure out how to fix it. I would never hire them again. Do yourself a favor. Find a different moving company.

From start to finish the crew was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were moving out of a 3rd floor apartment on a typical hot Texas summer day and not once did any of them ever complain. In fact they were all in great spirits, cracking jokes while moving at a steady pace to get us to our new abode. They made our big move seem like a walk in the park. I hope not to have to move again for a very long time, but when we do, I know exactly who I'm calling.

This company conducts their billing in a highly unethical manner, and were irresponsible with my money. They didn’t make it clear to me that they were going to charge me an hourly rate (mine was $109 per hour) from the SECOND the movers left the office. So this company charged me $55 just to have two guys drive a truck from their Fort Worth office to my house in Keller, PLUS gas! The movers did not tell me they were going to use plastic wrap which ended up costing me $25. I had a huge roll of wrap sitting in my house they could have used if they would have simply communicated with me. After the truck was loaded, the movers drove about 15 miles per hour under the speed limit the entire way from Keller to Dallas which added unnecessary charges. The also conveniently turned in the complete opposite direction from my new apartment, and I had to run down the street to find them and direct them. This added another 15 minutes to my bill which translated to a charge of $27. My total time ended an hour before the company had charged me for, therefore the movers said I would be reimbursed, but I was not. I called to correct this mistake and even forwarded employee Jake Hattori my “Delivery Receipt and Itemize of Charges form” clearly stating that my end time was 11:30am. However, Jake stated that the company used a gps device to determine that the truck left my property at 11:48am, so that was the time they ended up using to charge me, and NOT the time on my receipt. My receipt even had my own signature on it, but apparently this means nothing to All My Sons! I was charged $659.94 for a three hour move from Keller to Dallas. This company is deceitful, and portray an image of being a family-oriented business, but this is far from the truth. This company does not uphold ethical business values, they took advantage of me, and they will take advantage of you.
