Horrible. Said several times my daughter wanted LONG gel powder nails as she has short nails and wanted LONG ones for her birthday. I look at them after they were 1/2 way through and I spoke to the manager and said I was NOT happy. She said she never heard me say long because they were so busy. Wind up, offered me 5$ off the gel manicure she was getting. Um...no, I want what I came in and asked for, saying long several times to make sure we were on the same page. Overall, lost my business forever. Small town, word travels fast.

Excellent salon with top notch customer service! Complementary water, comfortable chairs, many wonderful pedicure and manicure choices to choose from at different price points. Extremely relaxing- they even massaged my shoulders after my manicure.
I especially loved that they opened a brand new sanitized pack of nail tools for every customer- very sanitary. VIP cards for frequent customers to save money on services.
*FYI: They accept credit cards but prefer cash for tips.

I Had a wonderful experience at Golden tree salon. They did a fantastic job on my gel nails and they did not rush they took time and attendance to meet with the pedicure as well as my gel nails I would definitely recommend this nail salon and I will be back in two weeks!!

First time going, and the staff was very welcoming. Angela, was a sweet heart and did a beautiful job with my gels. Plus the hand and back massage was nice. I'm definitely going back!

A breath of fresh air is right! Not only are the prices great, but the service is wonderful. Unlike other nail places around here, they won't make you wait and tell you they will be with you soon; if they cannot attend to you right away, they will schedule you for a later time that works for you. Their attention to detail, in how the services are provided, as well as in customer service, has been wonderful. The place is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Everything I have had done has been completed perfectly and holds up well! Highly recommend!
