This is has been one of the best nail salons I have been going to, but unfortunately my recent experience was not what I was expecting. I drove from the west side to get a pedicure after they reopen from the pandemic was told the wait was 45 min it took them 2 hours😫. The man that did them did not even get all my cuticles cleaned up he didn’t even remove my calluses which were not even that bad, and my gel polish was awful. He was rushing to finish with me and get a new customer, how unprofessional. I usually get Rose to take care of me but this time she wasn’t there. If she is not back I will never go there again. Hopefully Paul talks to his new employees about professionalism and customer satisfaction being a priority. What a waist of time and money.😞

This is my second time at this nail spot and I absolutely love my nails!! They are so light and feel like my real nails. The colors are from their dip powder collection and I will definitely be getting this olive green again love it! Beautifully done 😍

Good customer service...very good work ..highly recommended...didn't give it a 5 star because they are some what pricey

They don’t do an actual manicure. If I wanted that work done I’ll just wash my hands are home file my nails and add gel. But no cuticle cut or anything
