As I’m sitting here after getting my mani and pedi I want to cry. My nails were so bad it looked like a toddler did them. The polish was not neatly applied and there were smudges all around my cuticles. When I spoke to the owner about whether my nails would be cleaned, she took a small sheet of paper towel, doused it in nail polish remover and set out “cleaning” my cuticles. Needless to say she did not make anything better and then had the audacity to ask me if it was ok!! Of course it wasn’t ok, my nails should have been redone. She didn’t offer to do it and I just said “fine” and left. I’m telling you guys, this is the worse mani I’ve ever gotten in my life. The lady who did them rushed to take the new customers and the owner didn’t even have the courtesy to say, can I redo your nails for you. I will never go back to that place, I can sit home and paint my nails with my feet and they’ll come out better.

Love getting to know each person who works here. They are very kind and talented! Been going for over 4 years.

Friendly but in a phony sort of way, which I normally would not mind as it's just business, however, $40 for gel nails (no tips or acrylic, just paint) gel started peeling off the next day. Awful. Will not be going back. Obviously subpar work. I'll have to try some place else, any suggestions welcome.

Although Kevin has done my nails since the place opened...and I must say does an excellent job...my gripe is with Lyn. I guess she is the customer relations person so to speak ...she needs work....I find her rude and she has not changed over the many years I have observed her behavior. I walk in...she looks right at me....never a hello. She is a phony. When a new customer comes in...she is all over them. She plays people. Today I scheduled an appointment and of course once I gave my name to Lyn....she knew me but of course there was no acknowledgement ...and after I confirmed my date and time...she just hung up! Yes...hung up! Really???? I don't think so!! No good bye...no "OK thank you " you just don't treat clients who frequent your business that way. I see her interactions with clients and she picks and chooses who she is hot and cold with or abrupt and talkative. Fortunately all other staff members are polite and courteous. If I could find a salon to do my nails as good as Kevin does... I would go...just so I would not have to deal with her attitude...it stinks!
