Had a good experience with them I got a gel French manicure they came out ok.. the next day one nail started to chip so I went back so they can fix the one nail they ended up doing all of my nails. It seems there is just a bit of difficulty communicating that I like the gel thick so I believe if I got that across the first visit I wouldn’t of had to return. I was not charged for the return service. Prices are great and there was never a wait. I would definitely go back again and recommend to others.

If a -30 was a star option then I would have pressed it dozens of times! Horrible service and rude owners!!!!!!!!!. When the previous owners left- I stayed out of loyalty and to at least give them a chance. What a massive mistake!!!! The first time was okay; so I figured it would be okay- I was mistaken. Long story short, the quality and service plummeted. The last straw was when I had the chrome nails done. Within four days they began chipping , lifting, horribly uneven, nails weren’t even the same length. When I originally pointed it out the woman said “ no no it okay “ What made it worse was when I went back and explained to the male owner, whatever his name is, I had explained respectfully that the previous job was done poorly and I wanted them to fix it. Needless to say I was outraged when he charged me $25. I asked Why and he said because I got a gel manicure. I did not get a gel manicure, and I shouldn’t of been charged at all for the horrible work that was done. He had the GAUL to start yelling at me !!! And tapping the color wheel on the table!!!!!!! And pointing in my face. NO BUENO !!Then when I informed him assertively he will not speak to me in that way he shook his hand in my face , walked back to the pedicure station, sat in the massage chair and went on his phone. There is hardly anyone in there and I wonder why🤔 I beg of you - do not seek the services of these people. I saw one review where they spoke very highly of the staff and of the owners. I will be the one to say I’m pretty sure it’s because they are friends with them. For anyone who is wondering where Nick and Jenny are they are now in Bedford Hills and the name of their new place is top nails bar, and accurately named. They are the TOP!!💗💗💗 This is a message for the new owners, please understand that these reviews that you may read are a direct result of the way you treat your customers, and in no way are the fault of the previous owners. We live in a small community and many of us know one another so when you tell one customer that it’s the previous owners fault your business is failing I hate to be the one to inform you it’s because of you !!!!! that your business is failing.

I had my first gel fill at Diamond Nail & Spa since new ownership took over and it was a friendly warm experience. Not crowded and very comfortable. Wendy was terrific.

This place was good the first time I went but not any time after that. My UV gel tips are lumpy, slanted, not even filled in all the way. Super expensive, employees yelling at each other then storming outside, attitude and so much more. I will not be coming back here ever again.

I used to love this place for acrylic nails, but this was perhaps the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. He sanded down my acrylics to regular nail length, gave me slanted nail tips, different sized nails, lumpy powder, bleeding cuticles, and way too much skin on my fingers were exposed to the chemicals they used for the acrylics - they practically painted 1/3 of my finger with the harsh chemical. And when I asked for simple fixes (I.e. making all nail lengths the same), the guy was outwardly annoyed and when he attempted to fix it, he just continued to make them different sizes. It was bizarre.
