This place was awful! We came in for two acrylic fills, there were two techs working so we assumed they would do one each. One technician(THE OWNER) decided to leave early and left the other tech to do both of us with 15 minutes left in her day. The tech we got was so cute and so nice, explained to us that even SHE hates working there and doesn’t like the owner.

Called a couple days ahead to make an appt for 4. Arrived to two technicians and one woman just starting her manicure. We were very confused but assumed other employees were in the back, perhaps on break. I mentioned our appt and asked if they could still serve us. The lady who appeared to be the owner abruptly said yes and ordered us all to start soaking while she worked on ONE person and the other technician worked on the other customer. Needless to say everyone else's water got ice cold as we sat and waited and waited. I asked if other employees were coming in and mentioned we'd made an appt for 4 at one time. She barked "I know, this is how we do it. We each take two people." Well, that's not even possible obviously. How can you toggle between two manis or pedis at once??! We ended up waiting there for over TWO HOURS. no apologies or acknowledgements that this was rude or poor form. They shouldn't have accepted our appt or have said "this is how they do it" on the phone when I called. One person's nail polish bubbled and the owner (?) snappily said it was because she'd had too many gel manicures that had ruined her nails. (She hadn't had one for 6 months.) No offer to fix it. When we paid at the end, the owner loudly called out how much each person had tipped. They had a big sign up front saying they would charge you an extra dollar per credit card transaction (why not just wrap this into your prices or say you offer a cash discount?) There were very limited gel polish options and the space looked cluttered and run down. Some of the chairs had large, visible holes in the leather. Would NEVER go back here.

My lady seemed like she was more worried about getting done and closing than helping me have great nails. My nails are shaped so weird and my nail polishes bubbled. The girls were so nice though great atmosphere! I just wish she would've actually made them look good

Well, I thought they were great, I went in less than a week ago while visiting to get them filled and touched up (I have acrylics) and the top coat has turned yellow. Now I have had nails done for over 5 years. And never has my polish turned yellow. The reason for them turning yellow was from "sun, hairspray, or sun tan lotions" which being here I've been inside more than I ever have due to the heat, I don't use hairspray in my hair nor do I use sun tan lotion. After that she said she can redo them for $10. I am on my way to Walmart to pick out some cute nail polish!

By far the very very worst manicure I have ever had! Pam did my nails and I got a gel manicure. From start to finish it was 15 minutes. It was absolutely terrible. Will never be back again!
