This was the worst nail experience ever. My nail tech was so rude, I've never been spoken to so meanly in my entire life. I asked for an acrylic soak off but instead got my acrylics painfully ripped off. Rather than using acetone, she shoved a plastic artificial tip between my real nail and the acrylic to release it. I could've easily taken the nails off in a damaging manner like this at home, but I went to the salon hoping to get them removed in a more professional way. It seems as though I paid $10 to be disrespected and talked down to. I will never return to this nail salon.

This is a great nail salon. It is a peaceful place and it was very relaxing when I got my leg and foot massage. I came in looking like a bag lady, exhausted from working in the yard in the heat. They treated me like I was their most prized customer! A wonderful experience and after nearly a week my toes still look great!

After discovering this place I don't think I'll ever go to a different nail salon! The atmosphere is so relaxing and friendly and the nail techs always do excellent work. They always make me feel very comfortable and make sure they're giving me exactly the kind of nails I want. I feel so at home here, and I've always had a smile on my face walking out after a mani.
It can be kinda busy sometimes so make sure you call ahead if you can, and you'll be able to sit down right away and get taken care of.
If you're looking for quality service, great people, and a relaxing environment this is absolutely the place to go. I'm never going anywhere else!!!

I've been coming here for 3 years and I never go anywhere else if I can help it. I tried this place a few times and while some experiences here are better than others, they do a great job. Also, they have a punch card which I have never seen at a nail salon so every 10 pedis I get a free one! The massage chairs are great too!

I really had a great time at Bloomfield Nails & Spa. I went in for a last minute pedicure for myself and my boyfriend. There was no waiting time at all since it was close to closing time. The staff was awesome - very friendly and welcoming. In fact it was like I was hanging out with friends rather than getting a mani/pedi at the nail salon. They work quickly and efficiently. The final product was beautiful. I will be returning the next time I am in the Bloomfield Hills area.
