I'm only giving a 2 star rate the owner/manager does not have any manners. As I walked towards the salon he stands outside. I said hello and he didn't respond, as I open the door he decided to go ahead of me, is he supposed to open the door for his clients/customers. As I was leaving the salon, by the way the girl did a good job on hands and feet. When I have my payment and said thank you and said nothing. I suggest that he works in his people skills. And no, it's not my first time going there. But will be my last. I don't like treatment one way. If I greet, so should you.

Decided to try a new place for a pedicure. Literally just called and was screamed at for asking if they take walk ins “NOOOO!!!” And then hung up. I called back because I really couldn’t believe that’s the actual business’ phone. Called for the second time and the same guy answered but didn’t say anything but “ughhhhh”. The guy left the phone off the hook. Phone just beeps a busy tone. Lol sorry I wanted to pay you for services. Place doesn’t even deserve one star

I will never walk in that nail salon again the worst nail salon in union. My child gets everything done there and she had broke one nail and needed it fixed they couldn’t take 2 min out there time and help her there were 2 people doing nothing on there phone and they told her to wait 2 hours really never again bad service when you pay all that money there

I've been going to Star Nails for about 5 years ..if it wasn't for my nail tech Jenny...I would go elsewhere but if she leaves I'm gone..the owner/manager David is VERY RUDE..PRICES ARE MADE UP DAILY YOU PAY ONE PRICE TODAY AND ANOTHER THE NEXT WEEK..HE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS OR HIS EMPLOYEES ..I LOVE MY TECH BUT I'M STILL SEARCHING FOR A NEW PLACE.
Update no longer go there ..I like violet nails around the corner

Today I had a young lady by the name of franny she was very nice in helping me decide what to get. This is a Friendly place,and clean. The staff was very professional.
