My operator rushed through my shellac manicure. He did not take the time to have me soak my fingers at the beginning nor to wash my hands before putting on the polish. He seemed to disregard my request to make certain that my nail tips were sealed, which is done by all careful operators. After I left I noticed that there was a polish stain on the back of my finger. The next day I discovered a rough edge on one of my nails. They absolutely refused to give me a refund.

We had a lovely experience today! Grandma, mom, aunt and 3 yo daughter were all treated special. Nice calming environment.

This is a wonderful nail salon. Had a great gal, Katie. She did a thorough and relaxing pedicure and excellent manicure. The hygiene practices are evident in this salon. Many customers seemed to be returning clients and were known. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend this salon and will be a returning client.
