Fabulous experience!
Everything is fresh, clean, and tranquil.
The staff is friendly & welcoming.
My massage was relaxing and unrushed.
I changed in the locker room where I was provided a luxuriously soft robe and waited in the lounge for Julie to take me back to a private room where I was offered a choice of aromatherapy options and she was happy to adjust the music volume to suit.
The room was a comfortable temperature, and there was a soft blanket as well as the sheets to give your body the feeling of being hugged the whole time.
When finished, I was offered a complimentary hot paraffin wax hand treatment with warmed & weighed mitts before being led back to the lounge to relax as the wax and mitts felt wonderful on my fingers and joints.
After the wax treatment, Julie offered me a snack and choice of several beverages and was encouraged to take as much time as desired enjoying the comfortable, quiet, and softly lit lounge before taking advantage of the sauna and/or shower in the locker room.
The lounge is a soothing oasis of soft lighting & music featuring comfortable glider recliners, pretzels, trail mix, coffee/tea/water, and was even offered a juice as well.
The locker room is clean, spacious, and well lit. The decor in the men's locker room is tastefully done with a variety of prints on the walls, bent wrenches for clothes hooks, and a fun light fixture made from plumbing pipes.
There is a huge shower with an abundant supply of towels, washcloths, soap/shampoo/conditioner, as well as other toiletries such as cotton swabs, body lotion, and even new combs!
Electronic lockers so you don't have to keep track of a key, a private changing area if desired, and a complimentary sauna round out the well appointed locker room.
This was, without a doubt, the best overall massage experience that I have ever had!
I will definitely be back!

First, let me say the new building is absolutely beautiful! I have always loved HE but now I love it even more. My deep tissue massage (my usual) was excellent as normal. Amanda really got into the knots on my back. I also treated myself to a pedicure today which was also very relaxing. Huge selection of polish colors too. HE also piles on tons of complimentary perks with their services. The employees are always offering a beverage, every spa service gets a complimentary paraffin hand dip after and now the new locker rooms also have a sauna. I didn't account for enough time to use it today, but will plan ahead for next time. The new buildings bigger locker rooms also have more showers and changing rooms, so if you need to jet off someplace after your service, you can wash up right there. Last, I will say I think the prices are reasonable and comparable to other quality day spas in the area. I have been a HE fan for years, but if you haven't been, do yourself a favor and check out their new place!

BEST SPA EVER!!! I live in Oshkosh and willing drive the hour to come here over anywhere else closer!! I was just at the new location yesterday for a massage and it is so beautiful and relaxing! Wonderful customer service and a great staff. Cannot wait for my next visit!

Staff is very nice and everything is very clean. You get what you paid for in a good way. They make it so everything is very calming and relaxing. Julia massaged my back and she did a really good job!

You guys are the greatest. I had requested one person and then made my appointments for another and Penny just called to make sure they were giving me my request. I really appreciate this, it shows that you guys really care about your clients!
