I’ve gotten my nails done here multiple times. Normally I get them done by the owner but today I went ahead and had another lady do my toes. She did not have a smile on her face the whole time. I asked for some stripes the stripes were not straight and I had told her and then she blamed it on me and said it was my fault. No matter if you think the customer is wrong or right you do whatever you can to make it right for them. That’s what you get paid to do. I don’t ever plan on going back here there’s plenty of other nail salons that will give you way better experience and make paying for it worth it.

Michael is the best!! He has been doing my nails for 11 years now. He always makes me happy, and takes care of my needy wants. Clean salon, they do manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gel nails, & also lip & eyebrow wax.

I was reluctant to come here because of all the negative reviews... however my usual nail salon was short staffed and super busy. I had broken a nail and needed to get it fixed right away. Out of convenience I gave it a shot. The staff was so rude and the lady that did my nails had no clue what I was asking. I get a simple glitter manicure, my nails were already done, all she needed to do was re-do what was already there. She freaked out and started arguing with the tech next to her. She then told me to do it myself and she'd finish the manicure. I stopped her and just offered to pay for what was already done... or not done rather. She tried to charge me $33, for what? I don't know. Save your time and energy, go elsewhere.

If you’re looking for a basic gel mani, I would not recommend! I got my nails done July 2nd, 2018 and in 10 days my gel has chipped dramatically! I’m so sad. 🙁 It’s the 3rd time I’ve been there and I thought maybe the first couple times it could have been the nail polish or something (maybe it is) but either way, my gel manicures lasted less then 2 weeks before they started peeling on the ends? At other nail salons I’ve been to it’s never this bad. I never leave reviews but I’m so sad! They charge $25 which is nice, but you’re better off going somewhere else.

I’ve been going to vivi’s for years and have never had the problems stated below... they do a good job and I am never disappointed when I leave.
