Okay, there's a lot of good things and bad. To start with the good, the lady was nice, and was very attentive since she was doing two things at once- Meaning when we Cale in she was doing pedicure but told us to wait 15 minutes, was a very quick wait and she started on my nails. Previously I had them done at Gel Nails close to Chili's. She didn't damage my natural nails which was appreciated. But coming to after when it got done she gave me some sugar scrub, looking at my hands there was a lot of residue from the nail remover, it did not come off after I used the sugar scrub but it did after I washed a few hours later. Now for the bad.. There was constant yelling and the place smelled like cannabis. After there's tiny brown spots and lots of air bubbles on the polish. And there's a chip in my right thumb nail which is disappointing. I guess I'd say I am some what satisfied..but more disappointed.

Ok so I am only visiting and need my full set of acrylics! She wanted to take the quick way out only did TWO nails with the tips shaped the rest of my natural nails and then on top of it couldn’t shape any of them properly! Horrible experience with the place! I have never had such a sloppy job done on my nails ever! I have never had such uneven and sloppy work before! Completely disappointed and shocked this place still gets customers!

HORRIBLE. Please do not waste your time going there!! I went to go and get my acrylic set done and two hours later I was at work and notices when I was fixing my jeans that the polish was still wet and it ripped off, she put coat over coat without it being dry! While I was there she was too impatient to wait to let the polish dry before putting on the gem and it slipped right off so she had to re paint it not 1 but twice, at that point I told her to leave it off, I was charged $50 for these nails and as you can see she didn’t even cover most parts with enough polish in the pictures if you zoom in!!!! Once I left and almost TWO hours later and the polish was still wet and came off, I decided I was gonna get my money back because it was ridiculous. I go in the store and ask for my money back and her workers are more than rude and tell me I have to go back a different time because the owners not there. I ask if someone else could re paint them and I’ll speak to the owner later because I had plans and they told me that they weren’t doing anything for me. So I had to get them fixed elsewhere, I brought a receipt back to this salon to prove I had to pay more out of pocket to get them fixed and I needed my money back and she told me she can’t do anything and I should have had someone there fix them. I TRIED. I’m 15 years old and I work almost everyday for my money, the owner told me to TAKE HER
TO COURT BECAUSE SHE WILL FIGHT ME FOR IT KNOWING MY AGE, and THEN kicked me out. Horrible service, untrustworthy and ONLY in it for the money. I recommend JK nail salon in auburn but please do not waste your time here. $50 down the drain, I hope it feels good jipping a 15 year old girl out of her hard earned money!

I have to say I'm so happy how mine and my daughters experience was they were very friendly took their time and did an amazing job.
The sets we got are so beautiful thank you again !!!!!

They are amazing there. They know how to do your nails and make them look great! I usually get my nails dipped there. I have went to other places where I live and they can't do the dipped nails at all. The last place I went they looked terrible. T&L redid them for me and made them look amazing!
