Manager is completely unprofessional. Rolls her eyes and is short with her communication. Will not be back; I've never been treated so poorly by someone so willing to accept my money. Take my advice and spend your hard-earned cash elsewhere. They won't get another dime from me. *Manager has a horrible attitude for no reason*

Very good quality for the price of a woman’s cut...not the atmosphere you would expect from an Aveda salon so not 5 stars

I have been getting my hair done by Tiffany for a long time and just found out she is working at Terrace. Thank you Tiffany for fixing my hair today on your day off! You rock!

I had a fabulous facial from Patty and a very solid massage from Louisa. Both women were friendly and let me just relax and be quiet. My only negative is that I wanted to use a gift certificate from the now defunct Me Spa and when I checked out I was told that they needed to verify the amount, then call me, then book the treatments 2 weeks in advance. I am glad that they are willing to accept the gift certificates, but I would have appreciated it if someone had told me all the steps when I told them that I had Me Spa gift cards. Other than that I would certainly recommend this spa.

I've always been very please with my experiences at Terrace Retreat. I've been going there for yeas and have had the opportunity to work with a few different stylists. I committed to working with Rachael last year and love her! The environment is relaxing and professional, and prices are competitive with similar salons. They also offer a lot of "deals" throughout the year.
