I called the day prior asking if they’d had any available appointments for early in the morning, he told me that 9:30 would work. The next day I showed up at 9:30 and there was a sign on the door saying they didn’t open until 10:00...thankfully the lady came about 15 minutes later, but I still thought it was a bit unprofessional. I had bought a groupon voucher for a free gel manicure to use...when I went to check out the man told me they no longer took those vouchers and there was a tiny sign in the very corner of the store that...I did a French tip and I thought my nails turned out a tad sloppily...overall I thought it wasn’t a very professional experience.

I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and the service/results are always top notch. I’ve gotten my homecoming, prom, and my everyday nails here and was NEVER DISAPPOINTED!! They treat you like family and with respect.
And THEY ARE kid friendly :)

Alexa was great. She took her time and was very friendly. I like also how she gave me options for shape and cut instead of just doing it however. Will be coming back!
