I will NOT be returning! I had the worst experience tonight getting a manicure by one of the gentleman working, who I’m pretty sure has never done a manicure before. He barely filed my nails and left them very crooked and uneven. He didn’t even file the sides and then says “ok” as if he’s done. When I question if he’s done filing and request he go over my nails again, he acts as if I am greatly inconveniencing him, and begins speaking in another language to his neighbor, roughly filing my nails with a different tool, but again, did nothing to improve what I asked him to do. My nails look horrible! My cuticles are a mess and my polish is so sloppy and already chipping. Not worth going back to get fixed! I can’t believe I wasted $17 dollars on something my 7 year old could have done for me. I don’t get many opportunities for “mommy time”, so I was so disappointed I wasn’t able to relax and have the experience I was looking for.

Comfortable massage chairs that have lots of options. Each and every nail technician is polite and all do an amazing job. The spa pedicure is well priced and worth every penny. Massage up to the knee with oil and lotion, mud mask on the feet wrapped in hot towels, hot stone massage to finalize it. Polish is always expertly applied with hundreds of options.

Alexia the owner is very rude and makes everyone feel very uncomfortable the whole time they are in there. Every time I leave I say I’m never going back.
