Not very organized. Had pedicure and it felt rushed. My feet looked really dry afterward. I also asked for gel manicure when I walked in and I left without it. Only got feet done. They started taking other people before managing the time I was done with my feet. On top of that there was a girl that had a 3 o’clock appointment and they didn’t start tending to her until 3:30! Which goes back to not being organized and managing appropriately.

Nice, modern and very clean salon. Their regular manicures last longer than other salons I've been to. And they fixed my friends toes good as new!

Excellent service and extremely friendly staff. They did an amazing job on my shellac Mani pedi!! Highly recommend!

This place is really nice however their product does not last long and it is over priced! I paid $75 for a acrylic fill-in with gel on Monday, it is Thursday (4 days later) and the gel is already starting to lift. Please save your time and your money.

Attention!!! They do not sterilize the tools for manicure!!! It was my first time there, I usually go to different salon but J Nail is located very convenient so I decided to try. Salon looks very cool, nice design and VERY friendly receptionist, awesome selection of gel colors. Then a nightmare began... The girl was working with other client and when she finished she DID NOT CLEAN THE TOOLS! SHE STARTED CUTTING WITHOUT STERILIZING CUTICLE SCISSORS! Also, they do not do "wet" manicure, they cut on dry skin and if you have dry skin as I do it won't look nice at the end...Well, and the girl who did my nail polish should improve her skills :-) The gel polish MUST be applied to the nails, not the phalanx of the fingers
