Difficult to get into here and won’t take appointments. They easily turn away business. Need other options in Ashland.

The girl who did my nails was very nice. Make sure you look at the price list carefully. The nail polish cost more than the manicure itself. Lesson learned, I won't be back

I got there with a half hour left before closing, one employee was sitting on their laptop and the other one was doing someone’s nails. The sign clearly said they close at 6 PM, and he told me he couldn’t take me because they were “closed”...All I wanted was a quick nail polish change. When I mentioned the sign said 6 PM, he said I have no one to do my nails. Everyone left, then went back on his laptop.
