My cuticle got cut off and was bleeding, and my nails look nothing like what I picked out. They are also rude. I won’t be back

I have gone here in the past once or twice and I am regretting going back. The nail tech who did my nails cut me multiple times with the nail drill but I over looked it and still felt he did his best. I left him a nice amount for a tip as I always do. He also shaped them totally different than what I came in with them shaped as and he asked me what shape I wanted prior to start so I took a picture of my nails before and said to keep them as they were. To top it off It's been 5 days and my Gel polish has not only started to peel but it is now rubbing off. Such a waste. I will not go back again.

The service here is horrible. The lady was so rough I thought my finger was going to fall off. I would not recommend this place to any body

paid $40 for french tip gel that lasted not even a day. already cracking and they did a terrible job. the french tip doesnt cover the end of the acrylic so you can see the difference where the nail ends
