the service was great. everyone was really nice and took their time and did a meticulous job. the salon was clean, comfortable and well managed. I had a great date with my girlfriends. The price was (i think) more than it was worth. my mani started to chip after 3 days, and if i paid that much, i expect it to stick on a little longer.

Shame on me! I should have read the reviews prior to booking an appointment. (New to the Littleton area and Aspen Grove is a lovely spot with upscale retailers.) The salon is very nice upon arrival, but on closer inspection, I was appalled by the dirty conditions. I usual look forward to a pedicure for an opportunity to relax, this was not relaxing. I watched the counter girl clean a tub next to me and I use the word "clean" loosely. I was so unhappy with my experience, this is my first review ever. I can usual find a redeeming factor in all experiences but in this case I felt compelled to warn any future clients. (If you are reading this you are smarted then I am). In fact I came home and washed and disinfected my feet and legs.

My experience here was pretty all right. The atmosphere was nice, and so was the staff, but the manicure I got was just okay. I opted for the shellac and had a french manicure. It was completely dry - not even a bit of lotion, and it still cost around $50 before tip. My cuticles weren't really pushed back at all by the technician, and I ended up with globs of shellac cured to the skin under my nails, which I had to pick off myself once I left. Shellac is supposed to last about two weeks, but this lasted for about four days before half of the polish peeled off. It's been a week now, and five of my nails still have the shellac on them. The polish itself on those still looks great - very shiny and unchipped, but without a good seal on all the nails to prevent peeling, there's really no reason to bother spending the extra money for something that doesn't last any longer than a normal manicure.

I'm another client that should have checked reviews before booking a pedicure for my sister and myself. Not worth the time or price. My nails were not filed, scrub was only applied to my feet (not calves too), massage was only on my feet bottoms and the polish was blotchy and everywhere. My sister's was a little better, but very strange having 2 people work on her. Her toes definitely look like 2 people worked on her. She would have given 3 stars as her technician payed a little more attention to detail. Very disappointed :(

I got this for my wife for Valentine's Day. It was the perfect gift. She doesn't typically rave about a place...she did about them. Thanks Fresh! We'll be back.
