AWFUL! Do NOT go! My friend and I told them what we wanted and got the exact OPPOSITE of what we asked for. I told the woman, "Do not cut my nails" several times. Then another woman comes and cuts them dramatically! Said, "it looks better and more even" ...but it was already even plus it certainly didnt look better. Very very poor experience. Made my nails thick, short, crooked, and not one single nail looks similar to the next. Never go there.

I went to get a manicure and left looking like my nails were all bitten short. Rough with the cuticle nippers. And my finger now hurt.
