I came in today for a mani and I was able to snag a last Minute appointment. Okay love love love! Everyone is so nice. I brought a picture in and they made the photo a reality. They have many positive aspects of their shop. 5 stars because my nails are absolutely stunning. I would recommend them to friends.

I shouldn't have waited to do my nails later on but since I was soooo excited to get them done I didn't wait. She was very friendly and approachable. Lots of colors and awesome service! Definitely a place to check out.

Warning— a long review.
So on Saturday, August 11 I had made an appointment for my mom and I for a mani-pedi, and we had to wait an hour until we were taken care of— not a huge deal, they were busy. I was told my gel nails and toes wouldn’t chip— by the same evening half the thumb nail was completely chipped. By the next morning 3 more fingernails and 2 toe nails were also chipped. Paid 90$ for gel manicure and pedicure and they didn’t even last 24 hours—totally unacceptable. Would have gone for a refund right away, but, I had to travel across the country the next day.
I contacted them via Facebook messenger about this and sent pictures. They fit me in the day I came back from traveling and completely redid my hands and toes.
Unique nails is extremely professional, they treat their customers with respect and own up to their mistakes— something that is VERY rare in businesses these days. I highly recommend them and will only be returning to them when I visit home!!!

I found Unique Nails & Service about 2 weeks ago. The technician was friendly, professional and did an amazing job. Def will be back!

I have been a customer for a FEW months! They've always accommodated me with my impromptu schedule. I thought that they were so nice to chat. Oh did I mention they put fresh limes in the water ( FANCY)!! And just in time for the holidays!
