The service was fast & efficient but my gel french manicure only lasted a week. Generally they last almost 3 weeks. They only did 1 layer of white on the tips & other places Ive gone to do 2 layers.

Staff was friendly but my pedicure was rushed. It seemed like they were busy but they did not trim or file my nails and the nail polish was applied in a thick and globby way and the coats didn’t align along the back of my nail so there was a huge ridge or line on multiple nails. They also spent very little time exfoliating and my heels were rougher after my pedi. Disappointed as it seemed like a nice salon and had so many good reviews.

I have gone here 3 times now and they are one of the best I have been too! They give you their full time and attention without skipping anything. For pedicures they give a great foot massage and for manicures they do a hand massage with moisture serum, for the same price as regular manicures! Highly recommend.

I can honestly say this establishment is terrible after a handful of second chances.
They are rude. When I asked to have them fix my chipped gel nails, they made me wait over 30 minutes while new customers came in for a service and were seated. Once they "touched up" the 3 nails, I was still not happy with the results. The polish was dull and the nail tips were still not covered fully of the polish. Her comment to me was, "that's the best I'll do".
I have only had problems with their gel manicures. The polish does not last on me for more than a week. Many times it starts to chip on day 3 and 4. When I come back for a touch up, they give me attitude.

Very disappointed in my pedicure!! Cold water, terrible polish job, and unfriendly.
