I love JC Penny! Sales are awesome and if you use your Penny's charge card you get an additional 25% off. I love the online shopping also. They offer really good coupons also. I'm never disappointed when I shop here.

Nice store good selection of merchandise good prices better quality than Walmart nice jewelry good sales and good service this is one store I don't mind shopping at this store and recommend it to anyone

There are always coupons and great deals available. Great selection of cocktail and office-appropriate dresses. Only downfall is they often seem short staffed and the lines can get long. But, if you don't have a coupon ask at the register, they usually have one.

My two teenage girls and I were shopping for Prom dresses. We had mutiple employees come to us ask if they could help us with anything. The Salon employees also came and spoke to us about the services they are offering for Prom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. But the best of our visit is when my oldest daughter couldn't decide between two dresses. She went right to the Salon and asked the ladies which dress would be perfect for her. They talked about what would be best with her coloring and hair, even gave her tips on make up. They also helped her decide on the dress! The Salon ladies are the best! We had a great time with wonderful people who made a memorable day even better. Thank you JC Penney ❤️

Ok place to shop, always seems very disorganized, waiting in line always seems to take forever, or even finding a cashier, and the help is hit or miss, sometimes there friendly, sometimes they make you feel like your inconveniencing them. The sales are nice, and the perks that come with the Penny's card are nice too.
