This place is AMAZING I only trust them with my hair and my kids hair the workers are great you can sit there all day and talk they do awesome work from hair to nails

That was the WORSE pedicure I have ever gotten!!! I have to go some where else tomorrow to fix. The polish job is atrocious. They are not even filed evenly. Unbelievable!!!

scheduled an appointment for 4:30 , came in 30 minutes early. took me immediately! my hair looks amazing!! my hair is so long she asked me to stand for the initial cut lol but this place is wonderful. :)

I can't even review based on a service because I didn't even receive service. I've never been to Head 2 Toe before, but based on other reviews I decided to try this place. I called only two days ago, on a Tuesday, to make a hair appointment. The lady on the phone scheduled my appointment for 5:00 on Thursday with Tiffany. I was excited to get in so soon because I'm pregnant and due in just two weeks and wanted to get my hair trimmed before the baby comes. Well, two days later I show up at 4:50 for my appointment. A guy doing nails asks me if he can help me and I told him I was there for my 5:00 appointment with Tiffany. He told me she wasn't there. I asked if it was Thursday to make sure I was there on the right day and he said yes. I just looked at him waiting for him to say that someone else could help me, or apologize, or say anything at all, but nothing. Nobody called me to cancel or reschedule my appointment and I left work early to be there on time. I just said okay and walked out. If you make an appointment here, I would recommend calling on appointment day to make sure you actually have one. Very disappointed.

I love this Nail/hair salon. I have been going here for about 5 years. Staff is the best staff I have ever been around in a salon. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations of looking beautiful and feeling like a new person when you walk out of there. The environment when you walk in is very upbeat and positive energy. No judgemental at all from the staff and very welcoming right when you walk in. They introduce themselves and always remember your name, which makes me feel like more than just a customer. They make you feel special to them and appreciated for always coming back to them for all your beauty needs to look and feel great. Words really can't describe the environment until you have visited this establishment. Once you do you will never go anywhere else. I promise you that!
