I have been going to the 5th nail bar for about a year now and every appointment is as great or even better than the last. They play movies on screens for our entertainment, have conversations with you, and offer you drinks. The staff is amazing and their nail work is fantastic. I highly recommend!

I've decided to delete and change my former review because this time they have been better. Even though i still had to wait 35 minutes even though i made an appointment. V hooked me up on my fullset and was very detail oriented which is super important to me. Chanda the brow and lash specialist was so good that i decided to get my lashes done for the first time and now it won't be my last! I didn't know that they offered threading...so i definitely will be coming back! I guess i would say with all nail shops just dont be in a rush.

Came in with a request for Vee to do my nails because one she did them once before and I LOVED them and two because she was recommended to me again. When I requested her she had a client (but was finishing her up) but told the other workers she didn’t know me and never did my nails. Why do you have to know me to do my nails and you guys offer walk-ins. Why would I lie about her doing my nails? and I understand not remembering because I didn’t go there often and she also probably have a ton of clients per day. She obviously just didn’t want to do my nails. Bad customer service on her end!!! And the wait time here is horrible!!

The prices have gotten TOO high. I like coming here and its very convenient but $55 for a simple gel set with no designs?... will have to find a cheaper spot. sometimes the work doesnt always meet my expectations either :(

I've been going here for years with no issues. Unlike most nail salon everyone does a great job with nails! They all have their individual style but everyone slays! Very personable and friendly and professional!
