On a normal basis I would give this salon at 3 stars, maybe 3.5. But as soon as you walk in, the place is cluttered which isn't normally a problem but when it's like that every single time you go in it makes you wonder if anyone is even cleaning up in the salon at all. Not only that but I've noticed several times the gloves being used while doing my nails aren't new, they are very used with several different nail polish colors all over them. Teresa usually does an alright job, I wouldn't say spectacular as at least one nail is usually done sloppily. Lastly, what broke the camels back was the fact that I came in and told her my nails were extremely damaged from acrylic nails that I had on and that they were still healing so please do not cut or file them at ALL. I just wanted them painted, no buffing, no trimming, no filing. And as a matter of fact, the top of the nail never should be buffed unless getting fake nails. Well, she didn't listen to my request and filed and clipped my nails down to nubs even after I asked her to stop in the middle of the process! I told her that I understand they would chip easier/it wouldn't look that nice and I didn't care, I just didn't want them cut or filed. In my opinion , it's really unprofessional and disrespectul to blatantly ignore a customer's desires. Furthermore, I will not be coming back to the Nail Center Salon and suggest that you adhere to customers concerns and desires moving forward.

Had my nails done here for the first time last month very friendly lovely little shop she did a nice job I was pleased

I haven't lived in Middletown long but for the past 2 years I've gone to Teresa she's absolutely amazing. I pick the color and she always does a cute design. My daughter also goes with me from time to time and gets her nails done. She's a kind loving woman. Won't go any where else to get my nails done!!

Quality work! You can tell this lady cares about her business not just the money like a mall salon! Love going there. Very peaceful atmosphere, refuse to go anywhere else now.
