I love Top Barber, just moved back to Hawaii in November, had come for services almost 7 years ago& decided to try again. Kevin & staff are top notch! The price for services rendered are more than fair. Rosie has highlighted my hair twice now & I am so happy with the results! They are all very meticulous & pay attention to detail. I have been watched Kevin do numerous haircuts & shaves.... Amazing...all his clients leave looking ready to hit the “town” I’m all in!
