If I could give zero stars - I certainly would. This company is a scam. I legitimately woke up this morning to a notification from credit karma on my phone saying “Account was added to a collection” - I was like hold on. I am logging in to CK and indeed there was a certain amount added to collection and guess where was that from?! I have NEVER dealt with this company in my life!! I am perfectly aware of all my monthly payments and make them properly on time. I promise I am taking this further than just a google review. SCAMMERS!!!

So far my opinion of AMSHER is pretty good. From my credit report I can see that I've got an open account with them from six years ago. What I can say is they are persistent and I'm going to go out on a limb and say they are loving. They love so much they call you and remind you about taking care of your business. It is kind of like having another mom. "Hey buddy, time to get up and go to work." "Hey buddy, don't forget to take out the trash." "Hey buddy, you better pay your dang bill or your credit is going to be screwed up and you will not get that job you need to pay your bills." So with that I say: "I love you Amsher Mom! and for Christmas this year, can you take the negative mark off my credit?"

I must admit, I was deathly afraid to reach out to this collections company because of the reviews I read on google. I reached out to Bryan Curtis, (AmSher's Director of Compliance, who personally responds to everyone's reviews) because I wanted to take care of my debt with T-Mobile. He took the time to address my concerns and made sure that I completely understood what I was agreeing to. He walked me through the process and was honest about everything, then followed up with an email confirming everything we discussed on the phone. Bryan Curtis truly gave me an A+ customer service experience. It is unfortunate that some customer service workers who represent this company are so rude and dishonest (per the google reviews I read, not my experience). I'm so grateful to have had such a positive experience. P.S. I am a REAL CUSTOMER!

Guy calls me with a very rude approach. I explained to him that I’m not going to verify information over the phone so I would need to have a letter sent to me. The guy cut me off, started to say that we had this problem with you two days ago and said that he is trying to help me. I laughed because he’s trying to get paid on something that he hadn’t even told me what is for. He then explained that it was a debt to T-Mobile which I knew was incorrect. I called T-Mobile back and gave them my info. They apologized and stated that there was a glitch in their system and that they would open an investigation and contact this company to remove this debt. Sick and tired of dealing with these incompetent rude individuals (Oscar) . Amshare is a horrible office even for collections and those that are employed by this company. I would reprimand Oscar for his rude behavior and not verifying the proper information before discussing anything about the collection as he did. Employees like him is what tears the company down. I will be filing a complaint to the appropriate location. I spoke with Bryan who replies to the reviews and he was the most helpful from anyone I’ve spoken to about this problem. The complete opposite from what I’ve dealt with at this company. I edited my review just because of him. I would personally give him 5 stars for how he handled this issue and even more for how he treated me like a human being and not just another payment needed to be collected. Very understanding. Thanks again bryan. From 1 Star you brought it up to a 3.

First time I called I was actually yelled at! I asked for a settlement and named my price. I did not yell nor was I argumentative. It's already on my credit report and damage was already done. Worst part was after I asked for letter of deletion I was treated less than human. I can just let this ride until the next company that buys my credit actually wants to work with me
