Pre Covid I have visited this salon many times. Today was my first visit post Covid. Previously was a clean nice place. This place has gone downhill, dirty. The lady that did my pedicure had her two sons running around, loud. Supposed to be a relaxing experience, it was not even close. She massaged one leg and foot and the other I guess she forgot about. She didn’t cut my cuticles. It was just all in a terrible experience. Will NOT be back. Had to Venmo them because they failed to tell me their credit card machine was not working. Told me there was no wait but I waited in the chair for at least 10 minutes - not a huge deal but just communicate that with your customers. Don’t lie.

It is THE BEST nail salon. No others hold a candle.

Amazing...I got a full set of he'll on Thursday and bent back (ouch 😮) two of them. I went in today to have those two repaired. He powder dipped them then re-gel polished & charged "0". Better than new! 😍 Thank you
