It was great until I left (after closing) my gel polish bubbled and peeled off. I called SIX TIMES today just to have this fixed. Each time they hung up on me in mid-conversation. NEVER agreed to fix this. Continued to hang up. So, thanks for a piss-poor job that was a gift from a dear friend. I hope they are inspected and closed down forever. I chose ONE star because it I had to rate them. Wish there was NEGATIVE stars... I would have rated then a negative 50!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

These ppl need Jesis the way they treat their customers is so prejudiced they never greet customers with a smile and everytime I've been there they half do my nails totally rude and unprofessional then they start complaining when you correct any mistakes they've made poor poor customer service

I HATE this salon. The last time I went I swore I would never go back but my friend had a gift card so I thought I would give them a second chance. No. I tried dip powder today and the girl who did them made me look like I had a bad acrylic job and now my nails look fat, uneven, and on top of that.. she gave me the wrong color. When I said it was my first time getting dip and I figured the sparkle would show up later they said it would only take 10 minutes to fix the problem but it had already taken 30 mins to do just the dip. So they said they would take money off. My friend got the exact same thing but with a tip and hers was $35 and mine was $30. So they didn’t even take money off.

The place was nice. Was told there would be a 15 minute wait for a full-set. Ended up waiting an hour before anyone acknowledged us. My nails look nice, but I've definitely received better customer service, and better looking nails at other places. It's ok if you're in a hurry, if you have the time though, go somewhere else. You'll be better off. And they're too pricey for the quality. $35 for a full set. I will be spending my money elsewhere next time.
