Wanted a touch up with exact coloring as from another stylist. Even brought a photo. Along the way, Miranda the hair stylist just kept arguing. When I distinctly said I don't want it dark, it shouodbatay blonde, Miranda nasriky replies that it is. She didn't ask what would work to make it better, just had a real rude attitude. After paying way over $100, a little decency and customer service would be nice. I will not be returning solely because of MIRANDA'S attitude. If a customer says " it wqs blonder when I came in, and there are too many dark chchunks, " then make it blonder! Don't argue amd tell the customer it's fine.

I liked my hair cut but the stylist seemed to be in such a hurry which made me feel uncomfortable .

The place is clean and the staff is friendly. You can call ahead and make an appointment by phone or you can also walk-in with no appointment. If you are not happy with the result of the services you can always talk to them and they'll make sure to meet your expectations. I have been going there for the past 3 years and have always been met with a happy, knowledgeable and accommodating staff.
