I came here with my daughter's and granddaughters and we all had the best experience and all of our nails were beautiful.

i recieved nail servicd from a nail technicion name Le and they lady was nice HOWEVER i was over charged for the price of my nails we conversed and she said the gel nails and toes were supposed to be $100.00 but i was charged 110.00 and i arrived there around 3;45pm and didnt eave until 10;00 at night, my gel nails polish is cracking and she told me to come back later to fix fix my naills, i let le know that im not able to make it for the appoinmt ment and i asked for a refund she said no refunds, the facts that i have cuctical scaring and no accomedidation is not it, do go this place without a appointment, make sure you have someone else besides le, she doesnt take pride in her work and will make you bleed for a cost and lets not forget bout how i wanted the purple powered nail and my nails are black smdh -mbw

Lily overcharges so much for a sloppy job! She charged my friend $85 dollars for nails that aren’t detailed! She needs to lower her prices and do a better job if she still wants a business ! The best one I’ve had there is “Isabel” ! She is super nice and does an amazing job

Hey girls -
I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
I got there and asked how long it would take for a fill. The owner said "soon" and asked me to sit and wait. The wait was over an hour. She never acknowledged me during this time and when I was about to get up and leave, she finally told me to pick the color. Once I sat down, I heard a complain from her saying that people don't come and get their nails done this "late." (It was 6PM on a Friday). Confused by her comment, I said I will make sure to call next time. After a while I realized that she not only did not say "sorry for the wait" but she actually complained I was there so "late."
Next thing I know she is hurting my fingers (two fingers started to bleed) and I asked her to please be careful but she didn't say once "I'm sorry."
Then the worst happened - there were two ladies waiting outside (she locks the door at night) and they were waiting for about 10 minutes. This area is pretty "hot" at night and it can be dangerous to stand outside. I told her I wouldn't mind if she'd go open the door for the lady and she said "it's okay, she can wait."
Awful awful AWFUL customer service.
She charged me $27 for a fill when it is written on the wall it is $20! Once I confronted her about the price, she said that this was the price. I felt like she took advantage of my money for sure! Then I also explained I'd appreciate if she would have let me know that it was going to be an hour wait, she said "it's not my fault the client changed her mind!" Never once she said sorry and she made it very clear she does NOT care about her clients.
Please don't encourage places like this. Go somewhere else where people will really appreciate your time and money. Business like hers need to learn how to serve their customer in a better way.
In the photo you can see how bad it looks and my index finger has a cut. I will have to get them painted somewhere else.
