Absolutely horrible experience. Came in with my cousin and they sat us at completely different sides of the salon (okay I understand no big deal) but then the woman put my nails in foil wraps with acetone for my previous dip to soak off so I had no hands and no one to talk to while I waited for FORTY FIVE minutes, in the meantime a girl sat next to me, had her dip soaked off and her nails being done in ten minutes, my cousin had her complete service done and I still hadn’t been helped. After that I decided I didn’t want any further services done they asked me to pay $10 for something I could’ve done at home and I was clearly unhappy and they were still soooo rude. Went down the street to big Apple nails and It was a complete different experience. Always talking, very friendly, and call people by their names. Never going back to this place again!!!!!!!
