Great pedicures! I've been to many of the girls and they all give consistently great service. They spend alot of time massaging, where most places just do a quick job. Awesome place to run to on your lunch break and walk in.

Horrible attitude as well as service!!! Went in for a pedicure, sat down & told the girl (Lindsey) I had a pedicure done little over a week ago and they way the other salon did it ended up of me getting on ingrown nail on two of my toes. I was very clear and explained it to her TWICE. She (Lindsey) then asked if i wanted my corners cut since my toes had a square shape. I said no i want them squared and to just cut the ingrown part of the nail on my toes. So the first thing she does is completely cuts off the side/square part of my nail off. I asked her why she ruined the shape of my nail instead of cutting off just the ingrown part of it?, her responds was "i know what I'm doing", my responds was "you clearly don't know what you are doing, since you completely ruined the shape and yet i still have an ingrown". So right after i said that, she just gets up and leaves. lol who does that? Lindsey, IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND LEARN!!! No one needs your attitude on top of you screwing up their nails!!!

I would not recommend this nail salon. I went in to have a gel mani removed and get a regular mani. I am very familiar with the process of soaking off gel, however the technician insisted that the manicure I had was not a soak-off gel, but something else. I assured her that it was OPI gel (I had had it done at a different place) but she was determined that it wasn't, wouldn't soak off, and that she had to use the power tools to remove it. She was so sure that it made me second-guess myself so I trusted her and let her proceed. Of course, when it was time to pay, I was informed that the use of the power tools was an extra cost than soak-off. This wouldn't be a big deal, however after leaving, I confirmed with the other person I got my nails done with that she had hers soaked off; it was OPI gel. I called Butterfly Nails to let them know that I was disappointed they wouldn't listen to me, and that it was in fact a soak-off gel, so therefore frustrated that I was charged for a service I didn't really need. I'm most upset at how poorly my feedback was handled. The technician was completely unapologetic and kept insisting it was some other type of gel. I won't be returning to this business due to the poor customer service.

I came here one time and never returned. They charged me $100 for a manicure and pedicure with a full set. There were no prices listed anywhere and I was taken aback by the extreme cost once the service was done. The the owner demanded that I give her a 10% tip based on the unreasonable price and was very rude. I entered the shop with some bags after a day of shopping and I couldn't help but feel that I was overcharged because they smelled that I had some money. To make matters worse, my overpriced full set chipped 2 days later. The nail chipped in the middle looking like a weird puzzle piece. That has never happened to me before. I never went back there. I think they should be investigated for price gouging.
