My old roommate pulled a midnight move of the cable was in their name. Couldn't shut it off or make changes so been paying the bill in person. They got it changed over in about 15 minutes. Service was amazing

This place is a monopoly.. my parent's were good loyal costumers of cox for over 20 years.. n not only would they get thier bill down even close to competition. But could just lock in on one solid rate.. just up n down.. insane.. definitely best programming but is it worth the price.. u mean after 20 years of loyalty n paying bill on time n in full every month.. the cheapest u can get my phone .cable . Wifi. Internet package down to is 208 dollars but new costomers can get same deal for 119......CRAZY.. no thanks cox...
