My first time coming here as I am new in town. Received a pedicure but the man cut my cuticle on my toe and caused it to bleed, a lot! He thought I did not notice but I did. My feet look worse than when I went in! He did not even remove the dead skin! They look the same except for the huge black pool of dried blood in corner of my toe!
Then received a manicure! Again, the lady cut my cuticle to the point I could not stop the bleeding!!! She tried wiping it, putting glue on it, even continued to use the gel nail polish on the nail when blood was pooling all over the nail!! VERY UNSANITARY!! She told me I could come back if the nail showed blood under the polish! REALLY? How about you take care of it now and make sure the bleeding stops, then paint the nail! Now who ever uses gel polish no. 76 will have my blood mixed in with the color. NICE!!
I will not recommend this nail salon to any one! If you have been doing this longer than sayyyyyy 10 people, you should be able to do any service without cutting people’s cuticles this bad!!!

New owner is wonderful and they are very attentive. They will even offer something to drink. The place is very clean and relaxing

They did a great job and I was very pleased. Very nice people and great services. Our nails look and feel great and my mom's eye brows are on point! 👍

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. After getting a pedicure, I have a very large infection in BOTH my big toes. I never saw them sanitize a single tool before they started with me.. they just already had them on their work station “ready to go”. After asking them why that was, I was laughed at and ignored. After a while I was reassured that they had been sanitized. They clearly weren’t.

Just kept asking for more money... never offered a drink. Was at appointment for 3 hours. Just got nails
