I always patronize this nail shop...was there on Sunday (7/1). Kevin did a horrible job on my nails. He messed up the natural shape of my nails. And the powder dip was applied to thick and missing spots. I definitely will not be back. But if you must go to this salon...see Jenny she is very good.

Best nails is not the best! If I could rate less than a 1 star I would! I got a refill and a pedi, the nail tech that did my nails apparently had the nail machine too fast and kept hitting my skin. She finishes my nails and says that someone is going to do my feet, ok fine so far. I am guessing the one who started to do my pedi was a teenager and she had no clue on what she was doing. A second nail tech come and finish my pedi, it was terrible! My feet did not even feel like I just finished getting a pedi. The customer service was terrible, and they had an attitude! Never coming her again!

I'm a pretty easy going person. Usually, I wait for my nail tech. However, due to time constraints I let another tech work on my nails. Not only did she cut me, she tried to cover the cut with her hand and place my feet back into the water. I insisted she let me see. I was bleeding and it burned. Next, the tech leaves and returns with a green solution. I asked what it was, because she placed it upon my toe so quickly before I could ask the question. I asked 3 times until another tech responded it stops the bleeding. It was at that time I realized there was a language barrier. Trying to be a good sport, I let the tech resume the pedicure. It became worse from there. At that point I felt I had no choice but to stop the pedicure and ask for the manager. Please know, I didn't think any of this discomfort was intentional. When the manager arrived, she began over talking me. I politely asked her not to do that and let me talk. Nonetheless, the manager explained the language barrier and she did not mean to do it. He asked if I wanted another tech to complete the rest of my spa visit. I stated, "yes". I frequent this place often, but haven't since I lost my father. What I found lacking was the non effort to make my experience whole given I have been a customer for 3 years. I was charged the full amount and never once was an apology offered. Merely, an explanation of what occurred. I must say the manage did have an extensive conversation with the tech, but I cannot tell you the nature of the conversation, because I don't speak the language. I'm a little disappointed, because I sent 5 customers there over the 3 years who are recurring. Honestly, I expected the pedicure to be discounted. The water was cold for my manicure and when I told the new tech she chuckled. If I return, only my normal tech will give me my spa treatment. I usually rave about this place. #broken.hearted I'm adding to this review. Just so you so know, I did return 2 weeks later and was refused service.

Customer service is not good. Nail service is mediocre at best. You should be able to spend your money and be satisfied and able to communicate.
