I called first to make sure they could do my design. They said they could but I’d have to come earlier. I came and showed the picture I had already sent the night before and the manicurist said she couldn’t do it. I picked a much easier, simple design and she still had reservations but said she’d try. She told me it would be $55. She NEVER said $55 EXTRA. It came out fine. I was then handed a $100 bill. I paid it but I never would’ve gotten it if I knew it was $100. It was definitely not worth $100. I told them I was very upset that they didn’t communicate the full price. I won’t be going back.

Amazing service! My cuticles usually get beat up at the nail salon, but primp and polish did such a good job. I can't wait to go back!

This place was fast and clean. Great polish selection and the sugar scrub delightful. This picture is a week of the gel mani and they still look great.

I have been going here for at least 4 years and I’ve also tried most places in the neighborhood as well as the other Primp locations. This one is my favorite. Everyone is nice. I can sometimes get in last minute. Or I’ll just give them a call before hand. Fun nail art/ holographic/chrome nail options too. This place gets busy during peak times, so just call ahead to check. I can’t believe all the 1 star reviews. Kinda makes me sad. The ladies that work here are lovely. And they stand behind their service. If you’re nails aren’t up to par the next day like a chip or something you can go back in and they will fix it.
